This awards scheme is led by World Excellence Awards who are known internationally for their professionalism, integrity and independence.

In our experience at Maybo we have found successful organisations recognise that the safety of employees and the people they support and/or interact with go hand in hand. Zero tolerance and heavily staff safety biased approaches can result in adversarial ‘them and us’ interactions and increased conflict. At the other extreme, organisations that prioritise the safety and wellbeing of the people they serve over that of their staff will struggle to build an environment and culture where everyone feels safe and supported.
